Payments can be made by Electronic Funds Transfer, Cash or Business Cheque. Account details are provided on the invoice.

Our payment terms are 14 days from the date of invoice, unless alternate arrangements have been made prior to booking.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule our booking?2017-06-04T13:17:29+11:00

We know that from time to time that things come up and you may need to reschedule or cancel your booking,

You will need to contact BodyDirect to cancel or reschedule. If you cancel your booking with more than 48 hours notice there will be no cancellation charge. However if you cancel within 48 hours there will be a 25% cancellation fee.

Do you offer any discounts or benefits for larger or regular bookings?2017-06-04T13:17:29+11:00

Yes we do. Just state your intent to have monthly, fortnightly or weekly massage to receive your discount.  For larger bookings, discounts are provided according to the number of hours booked.

Reducing tension and relieving stress calms the nervous system and helps refresh the mind for clearer thinking. The time out will only help you perform better. The question should really be “how can I not take 15 minutes out of my day for a massage.”

How often do we need Corporate Massage?2017-06-04T13:18:09+11:00

You may choose to have BodyDirect visit weekly, fortnightly or monthly. Others give staff a well deserved massage for occasions such as rewards for excellent team performance, wellness days, Christmas present to staff or just because.  We are happy to work with you, your budget and availability to ensure staff are well looked after and performing at their maximum potential.

Our minimum booking length is 2 hours.

What should I expect from a massage?2017-06-04T13:18:09+11:00

Generally a 20min massage is performed on an ergonomic massage chair.

Your Therapist will work on the back, neck, shoulders, arms, hands and the scalp, using a range of techniques to reduce stress & tension in the body.

Do you use oils during the massage?2017-06-04T13:18:09+11:00

We don’t use any oil for our massages as we massage over the top of clothing.

Do I need to remove my clothing for corporate massage?2017-06-04T13:18:09+11:00

You will stay fully clothed during your massage, though you may remove a bulky jacket or loosen a tie for more comfort.

Are all your therapists trained and insured?2017-06-04T13:18:09+11:00

Definitely- all our therapists;

  • Are fully insured
  • Are approved members of the AAMT (Australian Association of Massage Therapists)
  • Have a minimum qualification of a Diploma in Remedial Massage Therapy
  • Constantly participating in further training
  • Are experienced in Remedial, Seated, Relaxation, Sports massage
