BodyDirect Corporate Massage is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

We deliver products Australia wide a range of courier options. Shipping costs for all Australian Orders are charged at a flat rate of AUD$14.95 for every order regardless of quantity unless expressly stated otherwise. For all International orders the shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. Orders are dispatched within 3 business days. Shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia.

PRICING POLICY

All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and Services Tax).

REFUND POLICY

Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or don’t perform as advertised.

SIZE EXCHANGES

We understand that sometimes it is necessary to exchange a size on a product ordered. We will happy arrange size exchanges providing the goods being returned to us for exchange are in their original condition including packaging and all swing tickets remain attached to the goods. To arrange a size exchange simply return the products ensuring it is in original condition and include a paid self-addressed envelope suitable to package the replacement item. Alternatively we can arrange a new courier shipment however an additional courier fee of $14.95 will be applicable.

We do not pass on, sell or swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with our monthly newsletter (if applicable) and to personalise your shopping experience with us. GIFT VOUCHERS

  1. The use of the BodyDirect Gift Voucher is governed by these terms and conditions.
  2. If there is difference between the information/records on the Gift card and this form, the information/records on this form should prevail.
  3. This voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be used over multiple appointments until the quantity of hours is used.
  4. This voucher is non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. If the voucher holder cannot use the voucher, loses it, BodyDirect Corporate Massage is not liable for any loss or damage.
  5. This voucher is for booking only. When making a booking, the voucher holder should inform BodyDirect Corporate Massage that they are the holder of this voucher.
  6. BodyDirect Corporate Massage  is not a medical institute and thus none of the information or services it provides can replace or be considered as medical advice or treatments.
  7. Customers are fully responsible to provide important information about their health and body, including advice from the customers’ GP or doctor about if the customer is suitable for a service BodyDirect Corporate Massage provides, before having a service by BodyDirect Corporate Massage. BodyDirect Corporate Massage is not liable for any loss or damage in the case a customer fails to give this information accurately.
